Directory

The directory starts from public popularity lists. Each import is recorded exactly as it arrived: which list, which snapshot, its checksum, and the terms it is used under. Every row is accounted for. Rows that are not valid domain names are rejected, and different spellings of one name are merged, so the count of distinct domains is never inflated.
